Mission Statement: The Historically Underrepresented Faculty and Staff Resource Center aims to increase the retention of faculty and foster the advancement of staff from underrepresented groups at Kingsborough Community College. We aim to address the barriers to retention, tenure, and promotion by providing support, mentorship, training, developing opportunities for leadership, and focusing on the overall campus climate at KCC.
