AI for Professionals: AI Essentials & Future of Work

 

TRAINING DESCRIPTION

This program prepares all students for the future of work, supports workforce development, and introduces those ready to leap into the future without any prior tech experience. Students will learn how to integrate AI into their day-to-day work, streamline processes, and approach problem-solving with a forward-thinking mindset. Graduates of the program emerge with a strong understanding of how to apply AI across various industries, making them valuable candidates for internships or roles that demand adaptability, an upskilled understanding of AI and its practical use in the workplace, and a human-centered approach to emerging technologies.

Participants who complete the program will:

Upon completion, participants will demonstrate durable workplace skills including adaptability, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, digital fluency, creativity, process improvement, and ethical decision-making. Participants will be able to apply AI as a workplace productivity and problem-solving tool while exercising human judgment, evaluating AI-generated information, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and adapting to rapidly evolving technologies and workplace environments

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from Kingsborough Community College and a digital badge.
