STUDENT CONSUMER INFORMATION For Current and Prospective Students KCC is required by federal law to provide current and prospective students, their families and the general public access to certain information to which they are entitled as consumers. As one of the colleges within the City University of New York, KCC welcomes inquiries about its programs and services. This web portal serves as a single access point to information about financial aid that consumers, whether they be students, parents, counselors or researchers, have a right to know in making informed decisions about postsecondary education.
