Subject: COVID Response Update

Greetings colleagues,

 We are aware of the spike in COVID cases in several zip codes surrounding the college.  We are aware that the college’s zip code is on a secondary watch list.  CUNY Central is also aware of the potential impact on our campus.  Because there are two colleges who are in zip codes on the areas currently affected, they are awaiting final confirmation from the governor/mayor regarding the proposed targeted pause/shut down.  In the event that we have to revert back to Phase 0, we will communicate information to you as soon as possible.

As always, your health and safety are our priority.  We ask that you continue to practice social distancing, proper handwashing, and wear a mask. As we continue in Phase I, we ask that you do not come to campus unless it is absolutely necessary to do so.
