Achieving the Dream

ATD

ATD Campus Sub-Committees

KCC's Equity Wheel allowed us to organize our ATD work into five conceptual areas: Leadership and Vision; Teaching and Learning; Student Success; Data and Technology; and Engagement and Communication. A steering committing comprising senior administrative leaders is responsible for Leadership and Vision while the work of the four remaining conceptual areas is carried out by four subcommittees. Each subcommittee comprises a subcommittee chair (or co-chairs), an equity liaison and several at large committee members from across functional area. The leadership and initial charge for each subcommittee are outlined below.

KCC is committed to working towards these goals and the sub-committees welcome your interest in contributing your thoughts, ideas, and efforts. If you would like to learn more about this work and/or join one of the committees, please contact the committee chair.
