The Culinary Arts program at Kingsborough Community College is a comprehensive training program designed to prepare students for successful entry into creative, high-paced workplaces in the food industry.
Culinary Arts Degree Students are put through an intensive, two-year curriculum that culminates in:
- Over 600 hours of in-kitchen experience.
- Real-world fine-dining and service experience.
- Eligibility for national, local, and professional industry certifications from The National Restaurant Association, The American Culinary Federation, and The New York City Department of Health.
