Undergraduate Research as a High-Impact Practice

Studies have shown that undergraduate research is a high-impact practice with multiple benefits for students and faculty. Facilitated by Mary Ortiz (Biological Sciences), in this FIG participants will explore and share experiences with and ideas on undergraduate research--both in the classroom and with individual or small groups of students. Not limited to STEM, please join us as we think about ways to integrate undergraduate research in classes from any discipline--all are welcome!
