The Career and Employment Opportunities (CEO) Program Overview

Are you career focused? Are you looking for an opportunity to grow within an organization, all while continuing your education? Then Kingsborough’s CEO program is for you!

Kingsborough’s CEO program, formerly known as the CXM Academy, is an opportunity for eligible students to participate in professional and career development with the possibility to work with industry partners as a Customer Service Representative or Teller. Our industry partners include National Grid, ConEdison, CitiBank, Investors Bank, and TD Bank. Participation in the CEO Program prepares participants with trainings facilitated by industry experts and fast tracks the application and interview process with our partners.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Current KCC student or KCC Continuing Education/ Workforce Development participant
  • No Reading, Writing or Math remedial needs
  • 9-45 completed credits and GPA of 2.5 (considerations will be made on a case by case basis) – for KCC students
  • 1-2 years work experience – for KCC Continuing Education/ Workforce Development participant
  • Are legally eligible to work in the US
  • Can pass employer-administered medical, drug and background checks
  • Must be available to attend one mandatory training session listed below
