using the new CUNY Login page and their CUNY Login credentials: CUNYfirst username

Update: Financial Aid Payments

Financial aid and refund payments, with an issue date of this week, are delayed due
to severe weather conditions which resulted in the closing of the colleges and offices
of the University. This affects only those students who expected refunds this week.
See information below, with updates:
The Office of the University Controller has released the CUNY Scholar Support Card
Payments and ACH/direct deposit payments. Funds will be available on the CUNY Scholar
Support Cards effective Friday 11/02/12 and ACH/direct deposit payments will be available
approximately Friday 11/02/12, depending on your banking institutions processing.
Financial Aid checks are mailed centrally and since the USPS service has been affected
in our area, checks have not been mailed at this time. OUC is working on the mailing
of these checks.
Please check back for updates to this information. You may also visit the Financial
Aid Office or Bursar's Office at your campus for more information on Financial Aid
and payment dates.
