ROOM RESERVATION FORM
Assignments are subject to change based on the needs of the instructional program.
- Use this form to request use of College space for one-time events. Faculty should
continue to process their requests through their department/college office coordinator
- This form should NOT be used for requesting room changes for regularly scheduled academic
- Room Reservation Policy
a. Room reservation requests must be received NO later than five business days before the scheduled event.
b. All rooms are reserved on a first-come, first served basis by completing this “Room Reservation” form and submitting it to the Office of Academic Scheduling room A-113. This form must be submitted for each function you plan to hold. An email acknowledgment will be sent to you. All attempts will be made to complete your request as quickly as possible.
c. If you need a/v equipment, you must notify the Media Center at 718-368-5044
- This is only a reservation request. The Offices Of Academic Scheduling will send you a confirmation if your request is
- Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request as outlined above, however please be reminded that the needs of the academic program takes priority.
