Nadine T. Browne, MPA
Executive Chief of Staff and Deputy to the President
Nadine T. Browne joined Kingsborough Community College as executive chief of staff and deputy to the president in July 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience in developing, planning and executing effective strategic initiatives related to student enrollment, persistence, retention and completion.
Browne previously served as director of the CUNY Accelerated Study in Associate Programs (ASAP) at Bronx Community College and Borough of Manhattan Community College. She has worked in a variety of student-success areas, including admissions, financial aid, academic advisement, instruction and administration, and has a track record of meeting recruitment goals, implementing and evaluating programs, and building strong relationships within the college and community.
Dedicated to the promise and path to success that the City University of New York (CUNY) provides its students, Browne has made substantial contributions to improving and enhancing student support services, policies and institutional effectiveness. She has served and chaired executive, institutional and CUNY committees and has given national and international presentations on assessment, developmental education and program implementation.
Browne holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hofstra University, a master’s in public administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a certificate in management from Cornell University.
