The KCC Diversity Symposium was developed to generate a forum in which the Kingsborough community could come together as an institution to educate and share information on issues related to diversity, equity, and social justice. In 2021, the Diversity Symposium was be renamed as the committee’s annual Equity and Anti-Racism Summit (EARS) series to address the root of inequity and many social justice related issues.
