As students, faculty, and staff return to the Kingsborough campus, they do so at a
particularly significant moment in our history: the College's 60th Anniversary! As
we approach this milestone, we reflect on just how far we've come, from our founding
in 1963 to being named one of the top four community colleges in the nation by the
Aspen Institute. We hope that you share our pride for Kingsborough Community College,
and that you will join us this year as we look fondly back on the past, celebrate
the present, and work towards an even brighter future.
